One Week

and still soda free. And it has been deceptively easy. Despite the fact that I still dislike water, it is almost all I drink. My headaches haven’t been bad. Actually almost no headaches, but I am so tired all the time now. Caffeine. Curse you.

I kind of wish I had learned something about myself so far in this quest, but so far, nothing.

And I haven’t lost an ounce, but I wasn’t really doing this for weight loss…and I need to refocus on some other healthy eating habits. We made homemade pizzas on Sunday. And yeah, I treated myself to sushi (Mom are you reading this? It was Tokyo Fantasy) Saturday night in addition to the chicken tenders Jeff made. Last night we had spaghetti.

Tonight, I have no idea what dinner should be…yikes!
